Applications are invited for admission to Ph D, M Tech * (Part-Time) and M Sc programmes in various disciplines for the academic session 2012-2013.
The admission to M.Tech (Full Time) programme will be conducted through "Centralized Counseling for M. Tech./M. Plan.

Admissions, 2012-CCMT 2012, details are available at http://ccmt2012.mnit.ac.in. For vacant seats (if any) after conduct of CCMT-2012 the details will be available on the institute website on 23.07.12. Spot Admission for the vacant seats of NITJ will be conducted on 27.07.2012 at NIT, Jalandhar

How to apply: The application form can be downloaded from the institute website www.nitj.ac.in. Please submit separate application forms, if applying for more than one programme. Application form duly filled, accompanied by self-attested Photostat copies of the relevant certificates/testimonials, alongwith a crossed demand draft of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates) towards “application fee” drawn in favour of ‘Director, Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar’ payable at ‘Jalandhar’ should reach the concerned 'Head of Department’ by due date as per the following schedule

Last date for Ph.D & M.Tech submission of Application form 11.06.12

Last date for MSc. : 05.06.12

The envelope must be superscripted as “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO _________ PROGRAMME (FULL/PART-TIME) IN THE DEPARTMENT OF _______________”. Sponsored candidates should send their applications through proper channel. Late applications shall not be entertained. Candidates are advised to visit the institute website: www.nitj.ac.in for frequent updates.

Incomplete applications and applications received after due date (05:00 PM) will not be considered for admissions.
