IIIT-Delhi Admission Notification for B.Tech (CSE) & B.Tech (ECE), 2012

IIIT-Delhi is offering B.Tech. programs in both CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) and ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering).

Eligibility

80% or more marks in the aggregate and 80% or more in Mathematics in class XII from CBSE/ICSE/IB board or equivalent
If a board has more then five subjects for aggregate, then best five will be taken.
Relaxation for reserved categories:
10% for SC/ST
5% for CW
5% for PH

Students from any stream with Mathematics as one of his/her class XII subjects can apply.

Additional criteria for admission in ECE program: Physics in Class XII.

If the result of 10+2 is not declared by the respective board, then the student can sit for exam, but at the time of counselling he/she has to produce the certificate of class 10+2 result fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

Instruction on counseling will be made available after the declaration of results.

How to Apply:

• Take the print out of the challan form and fill it. Challan form has three copies:
• To be attached with the formCandidates copy Will be retained by the bank
• Deposit the fee through the challan form at the cash counter in any of the branches of HDFC bank. Receipt of admission fee in HDFC
• Bank will commence on 25th May, 2012 and will close on 10th June, 2012.
• Challan number will be given by the cashier on deposit of fees. You cannot fill up the application form without this number.
• Fill up the online application form.
• Take a print out of the form.
• Send the print-out along with the institute challan copy at the address mentioned in admission brochure. Last date of receipt of the print-out is 10th June, 2012.
